Exchange & Refund Policies
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases, tailored or altered fabrics. The color of products as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by Caramelo Kids Boutique due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings and lighting conditions. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong product or you find that your product is faulty, you can return by yourself at your cost, once we recive the packege we will exchange it..
Terms of Exchange & Refund
All items can be exchanged with in 7 Days of Original Receipt Date. Damaged products due to wear & tear will be evaluated by the management’s discretion within 3 months of the original receipt. Defective/Faulty Items will only be exchanged for identical item(s) of equivalent value.
No Exchange on any Items with No Tags, No Receipt, Washed, Used, Altered, Damaged, Missing or Damaged packaging.
The management has the right to assess the age & condition of returned goods prior to offering repairs or exchange. All Exchanged items will be made at the Management’s Discretion.
No Cash Refunds or In-store Credit Vouchers will be given on Exchanged goods.
